Info: Having lived on Maine Lakes all of his life and having served as Planning Board Chairman for the Town of Sidney for over 20 years, Shawn has a vast knowledge of Lake properties and issues with their use and development. In 2007 Shawn purchased Century 21 Coughlin Agency, which has been located on Church Street since 1972, and changed the name to Century 21 Land & Lakes Realty. Along with the name change came new energy and changes in technology. The office has grown and improved greatly each year and continues to be a growing business of "friends helping friends."

Info: Nathan grew up on the East side of Messalonskee Lake, the last lake in the Belgrade Lakes chain. He studied Martial Arts for 12 years earning himself a Black Belt and the title of Sensei. He taught Martial Arts for years to people aged 4-65. He was ranked number 1 in New England in 2001, and a triple crown champion for the state of Maine as well. He currently attends Thomas College, working on a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, and plans to continue on towards a Masters Degree afterwards.
